How Business & Industry Partnership in CTAE Leads to Student Employment & Teacher Satisfaction
The Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) Department initiated two programs to transform how teachers, students, businesses and industry seek to form sustainable partnerships and relationships. “We were truly intentional in affecting the workforce by presenting business/industry with qualified young adults to employ, mentor, inspire and lead,” said Dr. Eboni Chillis, CTAE Coordinator. The first initiative was Baranco Auto Motive and Automotive and Light Repair Pathway students from Lovejoy, Riverdale, Morrow high schools and the Perry Career Academy.
