On behalf of Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) Superintendent/CEO of Schools Dr. Morcease J. Beasley, we thank all stakeholders who participated in the 7th Superintendent Live Address on YouTube. 


For those who were unable to participate in the July 14, 2020, live message, we are pleased to share with you the recorded video message as broadcasted on our social media platforms. As part of this session, Superintendent Beasley shared critical updates and expounded on decisions made by the Board of Education as part of the called July 13 meeting. These include moving the start of the 2020-2021 school year to August 10th as well as starting the school year virtually! Please note, the employee workday calendar will remain the same. The changes were approved based on recommendations from the Superintendent/CEO of Schools, Dr. Morcease J. Beasley.
