Solving the Puzzles of Microworlds (6-8)

Solving the Puzzles of Microworlds (6-8):  Students will engage in a mathematical game to design a road system in an imagined city by creating a block programming puzzle.  The focus of the camp will be a puzzle called Road Coloring; students learn the puzzle, then build physical models followed by programming a "microworld" using Python to model and analyze the puzzle.  In addition, students will build teamwork and confidence by learning the game of Flagway. 

Program Dates:  Wednesday, June 2 through Friday, June 11, 2021

Time:  9:00am-2:00pm
