Parent Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the parent to fill out all forms accurately and provide changes in phone numbers, addresses, medical information, guardianships, and other pertinent information as they occur. Please notify in writing to the Campus Kids program at your child's school of any changes in information.
Parents are responsible for notifying their child's classroom teacher and Site Coordinator in writing regarding any change in afternoon departure procedures. Verbal messages from a child WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Parents are also advised to keep their receipts that were given for tuition paid.  You will need these later for tax purposes.
Staff
The Campus Kids staff is comprised of a Site Coordinator, teachers and activity leaders based on the enrollment number.

Potential Campus Kids workers are subject to criminal background and reference checks prior to being actively employed. The Site Coordinator and Site Co-Coordinator are certified in First Aid and CPR and participates in ongoing management and staff development meetings.
Transportation
All activities are held on the school campus. Transportation is not available. Parents must be able to pick up students during the hours of the program.
Daily Sign-Out

A student will only be released to a parent who has custodial rights or to an authorized adult. A child cannot sign out from the program and walk home. Site Coordinators are to be notified in writing of any change in routine school departure procedures.

Children are to be signed out daily from the Campus Kids center. If there is an unusual restriction as to a parent not being allowed to visit or pick up a child, the guardian must note this on the registration form or direct the Site Coordinator in writing as circumstances change.

We will be using a QR code instead of using the paper and pencil process when signing your child out.
Liability
Liability for personal injury is not accepted by the Campus Kids (After School),  the Clayton County Public Schools, or the Clayton County Board of Education. Campus Kids will not accept responsibility for personal effects that may be lost, stolen, or traded.
