In order to assist parents with meeting immunization requirements, Clayton County Public Schools, in collaboration with The Family Health Centers of Georgia and Clayton County Board of Health, will conduct site -based immunizations for students during the week of April 10, 2018 through April 13, 2018 at all Clayton County middle schools. In order for students to receive immunizations at school, consent forms must be completed in its entirety and return to the healthcare technician at your child’s school no later than March 29, 2018.
