CCPS Atlanta Community Food Bank Partnership
In addition to the delivery of meals by bus daily, Clayton County Public Schools has expanded its partnership with the Atlanta Community Food Bank and will now provide grocery services every Friday, effective Friday, August 28, 2020, until further notice. Volunteers are needed for this initiative at the five Food Bank locations to assist with sorting, packaging, and distributing food to participants. Volunteers should arrive two hours before the distribution starts every Friday. Individuals interested in assisting with this volunteer opportunity should confirm with Dr. Angela Horrison-Collier via email (angela.horrison-collier@clayton.k12.ga.us).
