Joe Hart
Joe E. Hart was born in Bland, Virginia. He has been married for 44 years to Patsy Hart. His oldest son, Noel, is a Teacher Developed Specials for Professional Learning in Clayton County, GA. He loves to create animated educational games and videos.
Mr. Hart began his teaching profession in private schools in Maryland and Georgia. He has been teaching in Clayton County Public Schools for 34 years. He was an educator at Tara Elementary for 11 years. While at Tara he taught 4th and 5th grades. He spent two years as a SIA reading instructor. He traveled with the portable Starlab planetarium for five years presenting earth/space lessons for elementary, middle and high school students. He has been a presenter at state and national conventions for math, science, technology and Social Studies. He returned to the classroom at Mr. Zion Elementary teaching 5th grade for three years. He is now a Teacher Development Specialist with the Teacher Academy of Preparation and Pedagogy (TAPP). His job includes mentoring TAPP teachers and providing model lessons in science, math, and social studies.
