Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is proud to announce Amari Kersey of Martha Ellen Stilwell School of the Arts and Oscar Negrete of Morrow High School have been selected as full scholarship recipients from the Posse Foundation Scholarship!

According to the Posse Foundation website, www.possefoundation.org, Posse identifies public high school students with extraordinary academic and leadership potential who may be overlooked by traditional college selection processes. Posse extends to these students the opportunity to pursue personal and academic excellence by placing them in supportive, multicultural teams (Posses) of 10 students (Posse Scholars) and award them with four-year, full-tuition leadership scholarships to Posse partner colleges and universities.

Please join CCPS as we congratulate these students on receiving this extraordinary honor and for representing the district in such an outstanding fashion!
