2023-24 School Year Greetings Parents/Guardians, Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is proud to offer our parents and students after-school care through our Campus Kids program. This letter of frequently asked questions provides important details regarding registration, tuition, and important dates. We look forward to servicing your child/children in the Campus Kids (CKIDS) program at their school.   How do I register and pay registration fees and the first week’s tuition to reserve a spot in CKIDS? Enrollment in the Campus Kids Program depends on space availability, receipt of the online registration form, payment of the registration fee of $15.75, and the first week’s tuition via SchoolCash Online. Payments will not be accepted at your school site.  What happens if my child/children are not selected to participate in CKIDS? If your child/children are not selected for the program, your registration fee and first week’s tuition are refunded.   What are the changes to the 2023-2024 CKIDS program? This year’s program reflects changes in tuition due dates, tuition amounts, the registration link, and the points of contact. 

CKIDS Tuition is $41.75 per week, every week throughout the school year. The increase includes a service fee for SchoolCash Online. We will not charge tuition for the week-long holidays listed on the District School Calendar, which include: Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Semester Break, and Spring Break. CKIDS accepts payments online via SchoolCash Online only.There are No Daily Drop-In Days.SchoolCash Online weekly tuition is available from Tuesday at 12:01 am – Friday at 11:59 pm every week without a late fee for the following week and from Saturday at 12:00 am – Sunday at 11:59 pm every week with a late fee.  If payments aren’t received by Sunday night, your child/children will not be allowed to participate in CKIDS for the upcoming week until payment is received.
