QUESTION: What if I cannot access my parent portal in Infinite Campus?
ANSWER: If parents are experiencing issues with Infinite Campus or you NEVER had a Parent Portal account, please complete the link below: SUPPORT HELP LINK

Parents now have the ability to independently retrieve their Parent Portal username and/or password.  To do so, simply select the appropriate hyperlink (Forgot Password? or Forgot Username?) and an email will be sent to the primary email address on file.
