Partnership Process

Clayton County Public Schools would like to thank you for considering partnership with us.

Partners wishing to formalize their partnership with a school(s) within Clayton County Public Schools should complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Partnership Interest Form here

2. Meet with the Partnership Team or school site administrators to determine next steps.

3. Discuss what documentation will work best to formalize the partnership.

**If you are operating within a school, please have the school leader review your proposed Agreement/MOU before submitting to the Office of Governmental Relations, and Partnerships with their commitment in writing.

4. After the Agreement/MOU has been agreed upon between the partner organization and the school, please email the document to Lonnie Smith at [email protected]. We will reach out with any questions or if we need additional information.

5. From here, documents will be submitted to our legal department for review and you will be contacted directly with next steps.

Certain partnership relationships and activities may necessitate a formal memorandum of understanding (MOU) between or among partners and Clayton County Public Schools. MOUs help to outline the responsibilities of each party and establish parameters for the types of partnership activities that the district will permit to occur on CCPS property or with CCPS students.
