CCPS Issues COVID-19 Update

It was announced on Thursday, March 12, 2020, that Clayton County has one confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19). However, please note, according to the Clayton County Board of Health, this report was made in error and there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Clayton County or Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS). With respect to the spread of COVID-19, CCPS will close all schools indefinitely as a result of the pandemic. In light of this decision, all-district and school-based activities have been canceled. Students and employees will not report to campuses or district offices effective Monday, March 16, 2020.
