Pandemic-EBT Program Available to Families
REMINDER: Pandemic-EBT Program Available to Families
Posted on 09/04/2020

Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) reminds parents, guardians and caregivers to take advantage of an assistance program that will offset additional food costs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) program is designed to reimburse families for missed free and reduced lunches from March - May 2020 due to the pandemic.

Children whose families already received food stamps received the money automatically because Georgia DFCS could automatically upload the EBT cards that the families had.  However, there are a substantial number of families who still need to apply so the P-EBT cards can be sent to them.

The amount of this benefit is about $256 per child and the application process is very easy.  The deadline to apply is Sept. 25!  Please see the attached reminder in English and Spanish with all the information and links needed to complete an application.
