The Facilities Plan shared during Friday’s luncheon was presented in greater depth to the Clayton County Board of Education and Dr. Morcease J. Beasley, CCPS Superintendent/CEO of Schools, during a retreat session at the S. Truett Cathy Professional Learning Center on Saturday, March 19. That presentation included a discussion of the plan’s funding structure led by the District’s financial analyst, Mr. Ed Wall. Mr. Wall was complimentary to the school district about its conservative efforts in establishing a healthy budget and funding balance in comparison to other school systems
