Clayton County Public Schools Announces Historic Class of 2022 Graduation Rate | Press Release & Video Links Included

The Class of 2022 for Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) holds the distinction of achieving a graduation rate of 79.6 percent based on information released today reporting four-year cohort graduation rates by the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE).
This is the district’s highest graduation percentage since the state of Georgia instituted the four-year cohort formula for determining grad rates in 2011. Comparisons to years prior to the class of 2011 would be inappropriate since the protocols/formulas used to determine graduation percentages were substantially different. Prior to this year, the highest rate was reported for 2020 at 76.6 percent.
Please see the attached news release for more information regarding the district's graduation rate, including school-by-school performance.
