The Clayton County Board of Education tentatively approved the Proposed FY 2024 Budget on Tuesday, May 29, 2023. The following public hearings have been scheduled: 

  • Monday, June 12, 2023 – 5:30 p.m. - Budget Hearing to receive public input prior to the Board of Education adoption of the FY2024 Budget

  • Wednesday, June 14, 2023 – 11:00 a.m. - Budget Hearing to receive public input prior to the Board of Education adoption of the FY2024 Budget 

All public hearings will be held in the Boardroom at the Administration Complex, 1058 Fifth Avenue in Jonesboro. Final adoption of the FY2024 Budget is scheduled for Monday, June 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. To view the tentative budget, please visit the district’s website, www.clayton.k12.ga.us.
