Clayton County Public Schools congratulates Superintendent/CEO of Schools Dr. Anthony W. Smith on being honored at the 13th Annual Rising in Community Excellence (RICE) Awards program. Superintendent Smith is a recipient of the TORCH Award for his outstanding service to the Clayton County community.
