Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) and its leadership ask parents/guardians and students to be mindful of the changing weather. Like many school systems across the nation, Clayton County Public Schools is experiencing a bus driver shortage; and as a result, there may be a delay in student pick-up and drop-off times.

All parents/guardians are encouraged to ensure that their children are dressed warmly (in layers as needed) as we experience cooler temperatures. The temperatures may change throughout the day from cold to warm and from warm to cold. Layered clothing will help children adjust to the varying temps.

All students should continue to report to their bus stops at their regular times. Appropriate attire for students can be found in the Student Handbook as well as the student services page of the district website.
